فاستجبنا (Festgbna) — Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

By using فاستجبنا you agree to these terms. On iOS, your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

What the app is

Festgbna is a free Islamic companion: prayer times and athan, the Mushaf with recitation (tilawah), athkar and duaa, a tasbeeh counter, khatma and hifz tracking, qibla direction, the Hijri calendar and Islamic occasions, fasting and qada tracking, Quran radio, and a zakat calculator. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

Please read the section below. The app is a worship aid, not a religious authority. Where it differs from your local mosque or a qualified scholar, follow them.

Accuracy of religious content

Notifications

Athan and reminder delivery depends on your device. OS permissions, Do Not Disturb, focus modes, silent mode, battery optimisation and the system killing background work can all delay or suppress a notification. We cannot guarantee delivery, so please do not rely on the app as your only means of knowing a prayer time.

Audio, streaming and data usage

Recitations and radio stream from third-party servers, so their availability is not ours to guarantee. Streaming and downloading consume your mobile data, and offline downloads occupy storage on your device; you can remove them from within the app.

Your content

Everything you record in the app — bookmarks, khatma and hifz progress, counters, qada counts, fasting log, zakat figures — stays on your device. It is yours, and we hold no copy of it. That also means we cannot restore it if you uninstall the app, reset your phone or lose your device.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, lawful worship and study. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the third-party services it relies on, redistribute the bundled content outside the app in breach of the licences it is provided under, or reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot be restricted by law.

Updates and availability

The app updates itself over the air as well as through the App Store and Google Play. We may add, change or remove features, and the third-party services it depends on may change or stop working. We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Attribution

Quran text, Arabic typefaces, athkar collections and recitations are used under the terms of their respective sources, and remain the property of those sources. If you hold rights in any content in the app and believe it is used incorrectly, contact us and we will address it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on prayer times, qibla direction, zakat figures, notification delivery, Hijri dates or content accuracy.
