فاستجبنا (Festgbna) — Privacy Policy
The short version: Festgbna has no accounts, no analytics and no servers of ours. Everything you track — prayers, athkar, khatma, hifz, fasting, zakat — is stored on your device only. We cannot see it.
What we collect about you
Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-in, no profile, no advertising, no tracking SDK and no analytics SDK in the app. We operate no backend that receives your data.
Location
- Why we ask — to calculate prayer times for where you are, work out the qibla direction, and display your city name.
- Where the coordinates go — with your permission the app reads your device location (approximate or precise) and sends the coordinates to Aladhan (
api.aladhan.com) for that day's prayer timings, and to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to turn the coordinates into a city name. Nothing else about you is attached to those requests. - Where it is kept — your last known coordinates and city are saved on your device so prayer times keep working offline. They are not sent to us.
- Turning it off — you can revoke location access at any time in iOS or Android Settings. Prayer times will then stop following your position.
What is stored on your device
The following is saved in the app's own storage on your phone and is never transmitted to us:
- Prayer settings, calculation method, athan and notification preferences.
- Quran bookmarks, last reading position, reading and listening streaks.
- Khatma plans and progress, hifz progress, tasbeeh counters.
- Qada prayer counts, fasting log, Jumuah and Islamic occasion preferences.
- Zakat inputs and results.
- Theme, Quran font size, widget appearance.
- Cached prayer times, cached gold/silver and currency rates, and any recitations you download for offline listening.
Deleting the app removes all of it. There is no copy held anywhere else.
Notifications
Athan and athkar reminders are local notifications scheduled by the app on your device. The app ships without push-notification capability: no push token is created and none is sent anywhere, so there is no server able to message your device.
Third-party services the app talks to
When you play, read or download content, the request goes directly from your device to the provider. Each provider necessarily sees your IP address and what you requested, under its own privacy policy:
- MP3Quran (
mp3quran.net) and Qurango (qurango.net) — recitations (tilawah). - RadioJar (
stream.radiojar.com) — live Quran radio streams. - Quran.com API (
api.quran.com) — Quran text and metadata. - Aladhan (
api.aladhan.com) — prayer times and Hijri date conversion. - OpenStreetMap Nominatim — reverse geocoding for your city name.
- Gold-API (
api.gold-api.com) and ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) — gold and silver spot prices and currency rates for the zakat calculator. Only a currency code is sent; the amounts you enter never leave your device.
App updates
The app uses RevoPush to deliver over-the-air updates. It receives the app version, platform and update channel in order to decide whether an update applies to you. No personal data is included.
App stores
Apple and Google give us aggregated, anonymous statistics about installs, crashes and ratings. We cannot identify an individual user from them. The app is free and contains no in-app purchases, so no payment information is involved at all.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent or share personal data — we hold none to share.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your control and your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf. Control sits entirely with you: revoke location in system settings, turn notifications off in the app or the OS, delete downloaded recitations from within the app, or uninstall the app to erase everything it has stored.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note it in the app.

فاستجبنا — سياسة الخصوصية
باختصار: تطبيق فاستجبنا بدون حسابات، وبدون أدوات تحليل، وبدون أي سيرفر يخصّنا. كل ما تسجّله — الصلوات، الأذكار، الختمة، الحفظ، الصيام، الزكاة — يُحفظ على جهازك وحده. لا نستطيع الوصول إليه.
ما الذي نجمعه عنك
لا شيء يدلّ على هويتك. لا يوجد تسجيل دخول، ولا ملف شخصي، ولا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليل داخل التطبيق، ولا نُشغّل أي خادم يستقبل بياناتك.
الموقع الجغرافي
- لماذا نطلبه — لحساب أوقات الصلاة في مكانك، وتحديد اتجاه القبلة، وعرض اسم مدينتك.
- إلى أين تذهب الإحداثيات — بعد إذنك يقرأ التطبيق موقع جهازك (تقريبيًا أو دقيقًا) ويرسل الإحداثيات إلى Aladhan (
api.aladhan.com) للحصول على مواقيت اليوم، وإلى OpenStreetMap Nominatim لتحويل الإحداثيات إلى اسم مدينة. لا تُرفق أي معلومة أخرى عنك مع هذه الطلبات. - أين تُحفظ — تُحفظ آخر إحداثيات ومدينة على جهازك فقط حتى تظل المواقيت تعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت، ولا تُرسل إلينا.
- كيف توقفه — يمكنك سحب إذن الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS أو Android، وحينها تتوقف المواقيت عن متابعة موقعك.
ما يُحفظ على جهازك
تُحفظ البيانات التالية في مساحة التطبيق على هاتفك ولا تُرسل إلينا أبدًا:
- إعدادات الصلاة وطريقة الحساب وتفضيلات الأذان والتنبيهات.
- علامات القرآن، وآخر موضع قراءة، وسلاسل القراءة والاستماع.
- خطط الختمة وتقدّمها، وتقدّم الحفظ، وعدّادات التسبيح.
- عدد الصلوات الفائتة (القضاء)، وسجل الصيام، وتفضيلات الجمعة والمناسبات الإسلامية.
- مدخلات الزكاة ونتائجها.
- المظهر، وحجم خط المصحف، وشكل الودجت.
- المواقيت المخزّنة مؤقتًا، وأسعار الذهب والفضة والعملات المخزّنة، وأي تلاوات نزّلتها للاستماع دون اتصال.
حذف التطبيق يمسح كل ذلك، ولا توجد نسخة محفوظة في أي مكان آخر.
التنبيهات
تنبيهات الأذان والأذكار تنبيهات محلية يجدولها التطبيق على جهازك. التطبيق يُبنى أصلًا بدون خاصية الإشعارات المدفوعة (Push): لا يُنشأ رمز إشعارات ولا يُرسل إلى أي جهة، فلا يوجد خادم يستطيع إرسال إشعار إلى جهازك.
الخدمات الخارجية التي يتصل بها التطبيق
عند تشغيل أو قراءة أو تنزيل المحتوى يذهب الطلب من جهازك مباشرة إلى مزوّد الخدمة، وبطبيعة الحال يرى المزوّد عنوان IP الخاص بك وما طلبته، وفق سياسة خصوصيته الخاصة:
- MP3Quran (
mp3quran.net) وQurango (qurango.net) — التلاوات. - RadioJar (
stream.radiojar.com) — بث إذاعات القرآن الكريم. - Quran.com API (
api.quran.com) — نصّ القرآن وبياناته. - Aladhan (
api.aladhan.com) — المواقيت وتحويل التاريخ الهجري. - OpenStreetMap Nominatim — تحويل الإحداثيات إلى اسم مدينتك.
- Gold-API (
api.gold-api.com) وExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) — أسعار الذهب والفضة وأسعار العملات لحاسبة الزكاة. يُرسل رمز العملة فقط، أما المبالغ التي تُدخلها فلا تخرج من جهازك.
تحديثات التطبيق
يستخدم التطبيق خدمة RevoPush لإيصال التحديثات الفورية. تستقبل الخدمة إصدار التطبيق ونوع النظام وقناة التحديث لتحدّد إن كان هناك تحديث يناسبك، ولا تُرسل معها أي بيانات شخصية.
متاجر التطبيقات
تزوّدنا Apple وGoogle بإحصاءات مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية عن التنزيلات والأعطال والتقييمات، ولا يمكننا تمييز مستخدم بعينه منها. التطبيق مجاني وبدون أي مشتريات داخلية، فلا تدخل معلومات دفع في الأمر من الأساس.
المشاركة والبيع
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها — فلا نملك منها شيئًا لنشاركه.
الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يجمع أي معلومات شخصية من أي شخص، بمن فيهم الأطفال.
تحكّمك وحقوقك
لأننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، فلا يوجد ما نستطيع تصديره أو تصحيحه أو حذفه بالنيابة عنك. التحكّم كله بيدك: اسحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات النظام، أو أوقف التنبيهات من التطبيق أو النظام، أو احذف التلاوات المنزّلة من داخل التطبيق، أو أزل التطبيق لمسح كل ما حفظه.
التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة تغيّرًا جوهريًا سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وننبّه داخل التطبيق عند الحاجة.
